Delivery

All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia.

We aim to ship all in-stock orders within 2–3 business days of receiving payment. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey. If there are any delays, you will be contacted with the estimated wait time.

Shipping is included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated.

While we work with trusted delivery partners, delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Every item is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely and ready for its next adventure.

Product Condition

The majority of our collection consists of genuine pre-owned retro games, many of which are decades old.

Each cartridge is individually:

  • Professionally cleaned
  • Tested for functionality (unless otherwise stated)
  • Accurately described and photographed

Minor cosmetic wear consistent with age and use should be expected and forms part of the character of vintage gaming.

REFUNDS

We want you to purchase with confidence.

If your item arrives significantly different from its description or develops a fault covered by the Australian Consumer Law, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.

Where applicable, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

To help us assess the issue, we may ask for photographs or a brief video demonstrating the fault.

Change of Mind

As we specialise in pre-owned and collectible items, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

Please read each product description carefully before purchasing, particularly for:

  • Japanese import titles
  • Region compatibility
  • Items sold as cartridge only
  • Any condition notes included in the listing
  • Compatibility

Many of our games are original Japanese Super Famicom or Nintendo 64 releases.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility with their console or region-compatible hardware before purchasing. If you’re unsure whether a game will work with your setup, we’re always happy to help before you place your order.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Orders may be returned within 30 days of receipt if you are unsatisfied. If you need to return an item, please note that all items must be returned in the condition they were received. Customers will receive a full refund minus shipping. 

Replacements at no cost to you will be sent promptly in the event of damaged or defective merchandise. Free return shipping is provided for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

Once a return has been received (within a specified time), a credit or refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. Customers will be notified by email when a return is complete. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction.
