Bring your Pokémon battles to life in 3D with Pokémon Stadium Gold & Silver – Crystal Version, the Japanese-exclusive Nintendo 64 release that later became known internationally as Pokémon Stadium 2.

Released in Japan in 2000, Pokémon Stadium Gold & Silver brings the Pokémon of the first and second generations to the Nintendo 64, with fully rendered 3D battles, Stadium Cups, Gym Leader Castle, multiplayer battles and a collection of classic mini-games.

One of the game’s biggest features is its connection to the Game Boy and Game Boy Color Pokémon games. Using a Nintendo 64 Transfer Pak, you can connect compatible Japanese copies of Pokémon Red, Green, Blue, Yellow, Gold, Silver and Crystal to bring your own Pokémon into Stadium, battle with them and access additional features.

The Japanese release is particularly interesting for collectors, as it carries the Gold & Silver title and includes support for Pokémon Crystal, while the same game was released internationally as Pokémon Stadium 2.

This is the Japanese NTSC-J version and features Japanese text and menus. Please note that the Japanese version of Pokémon Stadium is compatible with Japanese Pokémon Game Boy and Game Boy Color cartridges, rather than Western releases.
